ESJ is teaming up with the Wash U Social System Design Lab, SkipNV, and EdHubSTL to provide free Systems Thinking training to educators interested in removing barriers and building pathways for
educational equity

In each interactive session you will learn how to:

1) apply systems thinking techniques in classrooms, schools, higher ed, and
2) look inward and explore how each educator’s actions, decisions, etc.
affect the systems that produce educational equities and inequities.

This year we have two components: a 3-day summer institute and 3 Saturday morning sessions throughout the year.
The dates and times are as follows:

•    Summer Training: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, July 30, July 31 & August 1  - 10:00am-2:00pm
•
    Fall Training: Saturday, September 14 - 9:00am-12:00pm
•    Winter Training: Saturday, January 25  - 9:00am-12:00pm
•    Spring Training: Saturday, April 4 - 9:00am-12:00pm
We ask that cohort members prioritize coming to all workshops. Each workshop is a significant part of the whole training process.

Saturday follow-up sessions throughout the year will include training of additional skills and strategies, collaboration with cohort members, and ongoing support for implementation of systems thinking practices in your educational settings.
